Let me start by saying "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" for your support during our first year of business!
Exactly one year ago, Black Star Hobbies opened it's doors to the world and began providing mini and micro RC upgrades through a small internet portal. The early months were very rocky as we defined our processes and procedures, developed our shipping network, and trained our customer service staff in order to provide each and every one of you world class service with each transaction. Today our pick-to-ship process and package delivery tracking warrants a "worry free" exchange for the customer. We took RC online retail to a new level by providing value-add services our competition could not by keeping our over head low and our staff training high. Every email, every phone call, and every forum message is replied to within 24 hours with an average wait time for electronic response within the hour of submission. It may sound like a small feature but when you provide live technical assistance and a friendly voice for many it really sets us apart from the rest. I am not saying we are perfect nor am I saying we are without flaws, but we have overcome the many obstacles presented to a brand new company venture.

It is our great pleasure to announce that Jack Bladon aka HowGudAmI has accepted sponsorship from Black Star Hobbies, Inc!
